Thank you for joining us for the 2021 NASPO Exchange. Please read the registration category descriptions below to ensure you select the correct category. All communication for this conference will be based on the information provided during registration. If you are unsure in which category you should be registering, please contact the NASPO Conferences and Events Team.

All registration rates listed below are per person. No group discounts are available.

Registration Paths

The 2021 NASPO Exchange Conference Registration is now closed.

Certified Small Business

NASPO encourages you to register for Exchange at the reduced registration fee of $1,000 for 2021. For those who qualify as a small business, please note that NASPO reserves the right to utilize the Small Business Administration’s standards for businesses (13 CFR ยง121).

Life Member or Honorary Member

This category is for all NASPO Life or Honorary members attending the conference, including those serving as speakers, presenters, and facilitators. The registration fee for Life or Honorary members is waived. This does NOT include participation in One-on-One appointments.

NASPO and NASPO ValuePoint Staff

Registration is complimentary.

Partners (Academic, Affiliate, Associate, Strategic)

This registration category is reserved for NASPO’s Academic, Affiliate, Associate and Strategic Partners, and stakeholder organizations invited to the conference. Please contact Olivia Hook Frey, Director of Membership and Strategic Engagement, if you believe you fall into this category and have questions. Registration is complimentary with prior approval from NASPO.

Speakers/VIP

Registration is complimentary.

State Member

The registration fee is waived for state member attendees. NASPO members attending Exchange shall commit to fulfilling all scheduled One-on-One appointments.

Suppliers

NASPO encourages you to register for Exchange at the reduced registration fee of $1,750 for 2021. This registration includes participation in One-on-One appointments.

Important Deadlines

  • Cancellation Deadline: March 8, 2021 (less a $50 processing fee)
  • Substitutions can be made at any time (refer to your confirmation letter for details)
  • Registration Deadline: March 11, 2021

Payment Information

Conference registrations received for individuals with outstanding payments for publications, prior meetings, or any other NASPO-related programs or services will not be processed until all outstanding items have been paid in full. Should payment not be received prior to the start of the conference, no registration, credentials, and materials will be provided. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
