FAQS

Does NASPO have a Code of Conduct?

Please take a moment to review the NASPO Conference Policy and NASPO Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct. By registering for this event, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, agree, and will adhere to the NASPO Conference Policy. We ask that suppliers do not offer gifts, gratuities, or items of value to state representatives. Most states cannot accept these items as they may compromise ethics laws or regulations for their state.

How can I register for the conference?

Conference registrations are handled through NASPO’s secure registration website through March 11, 2021. Click on the REGISTRATION tab for details and pricing. Any questions about registration can be directed to [email protected].

Can I make changes to my conference registration?

Cancellations may be made until March 8, 2021, less a $50 processing fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Are registration substitutions possible?

Yes. If you need to substitute your registration, please refer to your confirmation email for details.

Is there any guidance on how to best prepare for the conference?

We encourage suppliers and state members to have materials available electronically (such as pamphlets and brochures) as these are helpful in One-on-One appointments.

Please do not offer gifts, gratuities, or items of value to state representatives. Most states cannot accept these items as they may compromise ethics laws or regulations for their state.

Closer to the event, we will hold a supplier webinar and a state member webinar. These will allow attendees to become familiar with the purpose, goals, expectations, and conference format.

Can I receive a conference roster?

Attendees may access and download the attendee list by clicking on the Partner tab.

Note: Conference attendees are not permitted to harvest, sell, generate mailing lists, or mine the data contained in the roster for promotional purposes. It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure contact made with fellow participants, and using information from the roster, is done in accordance with the NASPO Conference Policy and supports the values of the meeting.

Can I get access to conference speaker presentations?

Available presentations and handouts will be posted On Demand in the virtual environment.

How do I contact NASPO staff?

NASPO staff can be contacted via email: [email protected].
