One of the most important features of the NASPO Exchange is the opportunity for state procurement representatives and suppliers to partner in pre-scheduled, One-on-One appointments. It’s through these partnerships that new ideas, products, and opportunities come together.

One-on-One Appointments

One-on-One appointment scheduling will open March 16, 2021. On that date, you will receive an email notifying you of your login credentials and providing instructions to login to make your appointments.

Be sure to check out the guidelines below as this may affect the number of representatives your company chooses to participate.

Guidelines for successful One-on-One appointments:

  • All individuals attending One-on-One appointments MUST be registered for the conference.

  • Suppliers will be allotted a maximum number of appointments dependent on the supplier/state member ratio. This number will be calculated after registration closes on March 11, 2021. In 2019, suppliers were awarded six One-on-One appointments.

  • Each individual can bring a second person to your One-on-One appointments. NOTE: The second person must be a registered attendee and from your company.

  • Each individual registered in a category granted One-on-One appointments will be able to schedule appointments online before the conference. Only the name of the person scheduling the appointment will be listed on the schedule.

  • Suppliers who register by the March 11 deadline will have an opportunity to schedule One-on-One appointments prior to the Conference.

  • Each company can only meet with each director and/or state representative one time. For example, if a state has two attendees present, your company can meet with Representative X and Representative Y, but each individual only once.
